What local customers say about our roofing.

Called Mapperley Roof Services about a leak and Sammy came out the same day just a short while later to inspect the roof and quickly identified the issues. Sammy and the team were able to book me in the next day and completed the work to repair the deteriorating roof valley to an excellent standard, taking photos of the work throughout. Will certainly recommend to friends, family and neighbours.

Highly recommend Sammy and his team. They came out to work on my chimney and did an excellent job from start to finish. They spotted a few other issues with the roof/guttering that could have become much bigger (and more expensive) problems if they’d been left. They explained everything clearly, showed me exactly what needed attention, and fixed it all to a high standard.

Professional, friendly, punctual, and left everything clean and tidy when they finished. I’m extremely pleased. Thank you for a fantastic job!

I contacted Mapperley Roof Services about some loose tiles around the Velux windows.

George came and gave an honest and professional assessment of the problem I had. I was booked in shortly after.

George arrived promptly, he was polite and informative. Whilst carrying out the work he produced photos, very efficient and cleaned up afterwards. A job well done.

I would highly recommend the Mapperley Roof Services team to anyone.

Great service. I had a small issue with some guttering and got in touch with Mapperley Roof Services. Great communication from the start. The guys turned up when they said they would to assess the job. I thought they would say it would be a few weeks before they could fit it in but instead they just got on with it there and then, and did a professional job. I would happily use again.

Very professional. Good communication and work carried out quickly and efficiently. I had all felt and battens replaced as badly needed renewing. All tiles removed, cleaned and put back into place. All rubbish cleared and site left clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using this company in the future.

Shopped around & decided to use this Co. So glad I did. The quote for the job, was just that. No hidden extras. No hard sell. Courteous, professional & a fabulous overall job. Existing tiles were reused to save costs. They scrubbed them up, so roof looks almost new. Highly recommend this company. John the boss, is a nice chappie as well.

I would like to say what a great team of roofing experts at Mapperley Roof Services. Haven’t seen this amount of hard-working men in a long time. Fantastic work carried out on my roof this week. Definitely made the right decision choosing Mapperley Roof Services.

Having been let down by other companies I contacted Mapperley Roof Services who responded within the hour. Their team came out to assess the job that day and because of the nature of the repair completed the work the same day to ensure my property was watertight.

Their team were professional, polite and did a great job. Lovely people. The price was competitive.

Thank you Mapperley Roof Services! Highly recommend.

Excellent service from Mapperley Roof Services. They were incredibly responsive when I called them out for a roof inspection and repair. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained the fix clearly, and got the job done for a very fair price. The crew was professional, polite, and left the workspace spotless. I’m very happy with their work and will definitely use them again in the future!

After discovering a leak coming through the ceiling in the kitchen, due to heavy rain, contacted Mapperley Roof Services and they were able to come straight away the next morning.

A guy got on the roof and was able to diagnose the problem straight away, showed pictures of what was wrong and said what would need to be done. Was quoted a reasonable price, after being quoted more from a different company that did not even get on the roof to inspect.

The company was able to start the same day and got the job finished in one day. A video was sent of what was done once the job was finished, and received a phone call to say they will come every year to make sure everything is still good.

I am very pleased with the work that was carried out by two guys. I will definitely be going back to them if I need anymore work done in future. Thank you.

Service: Roof repair

Really impressed with Mapperley Roof Services from start to finish. The team were professional, friendly, and clearly take pride in their work.

I recently used this company for a brand new roof on my house, as well as additional repair work on the annex roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

From start to finish, the team were professional, reliable, and clearly very experienced. They took the time to explain everything, kept me updated throughout the process, and completed the work to a very high standard.

The new roof looks excellent, and the repairs on the annex have been done with real care and attention to detail. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards, which I really appreciated.

It’s not always easy finding trustworthy tradespeople, but these guys delivered on everything they promised. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing work, big or small.

Contacted Mapperley Roof Services as they had good reviews. I had a roof leak which tracked into the lounge but difficult to see where it was coming in from.

After speaking to Luke he mobilised his team quickly to survey the roof and quoted a fair price.

They carried out the work while I was away and sent me photos and videos of the work completed.

Since the work was completed we have had no rain but I am confident they have fixed the problem and Luke has since issued to me a guarantee certificate should there be a problem which provides me with extra reassurance.

Excellent service from start to finish. Mapperley Roof Services provided top-quality workmanship and great customer service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others!

Enquired and they were very helpful - provided a quick quote as a guide, someone came out the same day and validated the work which agreed with the initial quote and they completed the work there and then. Excellent service.
